SK Beveren stelt met veel plezier Everton Luiz (34) voor. De Braziliaanse middenvelder komt over van zusterclub Salt Lake City uit de MLS en tekent een contract voor één seizoen op de Freethiel.
Everton Luiz is een defensieve middenvelder, een echte nummer zes. Hij startte met voetballen in thuisland Brazilië. In 2013 koos hij voor z’n eerste Europese avontuur toen hij tekende bij het Zwitserse FC Lugano. Via St. Gallen trok hij naar de Servische topclub Partizan Belgrado in 2016. Na twee jaar bij de Crno-beli trok hij naar het Italiaanse SPAL. Sinds januari 2019 speelt hij in de MLS bij Salt Lake City.

Hij heeft zichzelf reeds bewezen in verschillende Europese topcompetities en was een sleutelspeler voor RSL de afgelopen jaren. SK Beveren is happy to introduce Everton Luiz (34). The Brazilian midfielder comes over from sister club Salt Lake City in the MLS and signs a contract for one season at the Freethiel.
Everton Luiz is a defensive midfielder, a real number six. He started playing football in his homeland Brazil. In 2013, he opted for his first European adventure when he signed with Swiss side FC Lugano. Via St. Gallen he moved to Serbian top club Partizan Belgrade in 2016. After two years with the Crno-beli, he moved to Italian side SPAL. Since January 2019, he has been playing in the MLS at Salt Lake City.
